The province has been giving priority to the high-quality development, adhering to the four measures of "reconstructing innovation policies, reshaping innovation platforms, creating an innovative atmosphere, and strengthening innovation services". It aims to establish a first-class innovation ecology in China, providing fundamental support for the vigorous implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy.
